The Countryside Christian Community is planning for growth and a major expansion
of the retirement community! This long-range plan will encompass the next 20 years
and will result in the eventual replacement of all current facilities. The Master Plan
below illustrates our over-all vision for the completed campus. The first phase of
construction will include new and enlarged cottages with apartments to follow soon
thereafter. Future phases will include additional cottages, apartments, new assisted
living and health care facilities and exciting new amenities including a senior center
and wellness center!

Two bedroom cottages ranging from 1,200 to 1,600 sq. ft., will offer one or two fully
accessible baths, attached one or two car garage, large windows, fully equipped

For Countryside and Local Community Leaders:
With new input from North Annville Township, we are making revisions to our
approach for zoning changes. Once completed, we will pass this new work on
the Township Supervisors for further action. Once the zoning changes are
completed, we can resume work on a sewer planning module with local and state
officials which could take 6 months to one year to complete.
Once access to public sewer services is confirmed, we will begin the land
development plan approval process with Lebanon County. This process could
take 6 months to one year after which financing can be obtained and
construction can begin on Phase One!
