Countryside Christian Community offers a variety of independent living cottages
giving you freedom from the worries of home maintenance allowing you an
independent lifestyle to pursue the more enjoyable aspects of your retirement!

Independent living cottages offers a variety of one and two bedroom versions with
appliances and a laundry (major appliances are included). Some cottages include
attached garages and/or unfinished basements. All cottages offer an alert call
system to provide contact with staff on campus in the event of emergency needs.
All maintenance of the interior & exterior, grounds care, trash & snow removal,
building insurance, real estate taxes, water and sewer services and planned
recreational programs is included in a reasonable monthly fee. Click on the plans

Typically, residency occurs though use of our waiting lists. We offer the Standard
Waiting List which requires completion of an application and a $30 non-refundable
their future but not expecting to make a move in the near future.
For those interested in more immediate residency, the Priority Waiting List is
recommended. Applicants to the Priority List will complete an application and pay a
$2,000 deposit which is applied toward the Entrance Fee upon residency. As
openings occur, contact is made in chronological order to those on the Priority
Waiting List first, then to the Standard List. Applicants may remain on either list in
their same order regardless of the number of previous openings offered. Applicants
to either list are subject to certain financial and medical criteria which can be
explained during an in-person interview. All applicants are requested to carefully
review all information about Countryside and be familiar with policies related to the
waiting lists prior to application.
