Skilled nursing care services at Countryside
Christian Community are available in private and
rehabilitation using physical, occupational and
speech therapies as directed by your physician.
Services are certified for both the Medicare and
Medicaid programs according to their established
criteria. Three meals per day are included along
with 24 hour nursing staff and therapeutic
activities. Most rooms include an attached half
bath and residents are encouraged to bring
personal belongings to create their own familiar
surroundings.
